Summer is in full swing and eating ice cream is something you has to do as much as you can these months. There is nothing that makes me more happy than strolling through the city with an ice cream in each hand.
Fortunately, Paris has many ice cream shops so there is always one nearby. And in addition to a huge selection of creamy ice creams, all stores also have lots of sorbet ice cream flavors. So it’s a perfect spot for vegans too. And there’re not only fruit flavors; chocolate, almond and coconut are on the sorbet list too. Yum!
Here are my favorite ice cream shops in Paris.
This ice cream shop has been an institution for locals and tourists. Definitely worth it to stand in line.

Opening hours: Every day from 10.00 am to 8.00 am. Mondays closed.
I don’t mind to walk a few extra miles for this ice cream shop. My favorite flavor: melon!

Opening hours: Wednesday to Saturday: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm. Sunday from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Le Bac à Glaces.
With more than 60 flavors, it’s hard to choose. Try the chocolate noir (vegan!). Amazingly good!

Ice creams in the shape of a rose with a macaron on top! Who doesn’t know Amarino.

Originally a Turin ice house. They serve delicious ice cream with less sugar and gluten free.
